Introduction

Welcome to judikis ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). judikis operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at judikis.cam (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and judikis governing your access to and use of the Website, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the Website, placing any wager, or using any service offered by judikis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the judikis website at judikis.cam, including all subdomains, applications, and digital services operated by judikis.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "User" / "Member" means any individual who has registered an Account and is accessing the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), which may include real-money deposits and bonus credits subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Users subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform for compliance and anti-fraud purposes.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is legally restricted from using the Platform, including minors and individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, content, software, designs, graphics, and other proprietary materials belonging to judikis.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform.

Account Eligibility

Membership and use of the judikis Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or restricted.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by judikis or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by judikis for breach of these Terms.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion programme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under duress, impairment, or any condition that would affect your capacity to consent.

judikis reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the judikis Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A secure password of your choosing.
• Your Malaysian residential address (or country of residence where applicable).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify judikis immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. judikis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Terms of Use

Your use of the judikis Platform is subject to the following conditions of use. Violation of any of these conditions may result in suspension, termination, or legal action at our sole discretion.

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You may not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• To engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• To use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, extract, or manipulate Platform data or game outcomes.
• To collude with other users in games involving multiple participants, including poker tables and live multiplayer games.
• To exploit any software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately; failure to do so constitutes fraud.
• In a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers, networks, or infrastructure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on the judikis Platform and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other means to misrepresent your geographical location or circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without authorisation from judikis.
• Systematic abuse of promotional offers, including through multiple accounts or coordinated bonus exploitation.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to obtain an unfair advantage.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

judikis accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All deposits are processed in MYR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

Minimum deposit amounts are determined by payment method and are clearly displayed within the Platform's cashier section at the time of transaction. judikis does not charge processing fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your initial deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between 15–60 minutes. These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed.
• judikis reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where fraud risk indicators are present.

Bonuses & Promotions

judikis offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to eligible registered Users and may be subject to account status, deposit history, or geographic eligibility criteria as specified in the relevant promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: judikis reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation, or where a User has opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from an Account without notice.
• Variation: judikis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the judikis Platform are subject to the general rules set out herein as well as any specific game or sports-betting rules published within the relevant game or market on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. judikis does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where permitted under specific sports betting in-play rules or where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• judikis reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was affected by a technical malfunction, data feed error, or manifest pricing error.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be subject to change.
• In the case of a disconnection during a live casino game, the bet outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. judikis is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the User's end.
• Sports betting markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered competitions are subject to the event organiser's official results. judikis will settle bets in accordance with the published settlement rules for each competition.

Responsible Gambling

judikis is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

judikis provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each playing session.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the judikis Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of judikis or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from judikis.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or game code on the Platform.
• Using any Platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of judikis's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judikis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruptions to Platform availability or service outages.
• Data loss or corruption.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from inadequate security on your part.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors including delays, errors, or failures in processing transactions.

judikis's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

judikis reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or bonus abuse.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Multi-accounting.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair advantage.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is substantiated. Users who believe their Account has been terminated in error may contact our support team to request a review.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, please advise us so that we may apply appropriate self-exclusion protections.

Amendments to These Terms

judikis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification or email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of these Terms, as identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, shall at all times govern the relationship between you and judikis. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain fully informed of your rights and obligations under the current version.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under judikis's international operating licence.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to our internal dispute resolution process via our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by judikis from time to time.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from any competent court.
